Overview
We need a graphic designer who thinks in systems. At Both, design isn't decoration. It's the layer between strategy and market. You'll build brand identities, campaign assets, and digital experiences for clients across the US and Israel. You'll work inside a team that owns the entire pipeline from positioning to production.
You won't be handed a brief and left alone. You'll be in the room when strategy gets built. You'll be the one turning it into visual language that scales across cultures, languages, and media.
Key responsibilities
Design brand identity systems. Logos, typography, color palettes, guidelines. All built to work across Western and Middle Eastern markets.
Create campaign assets, social content, presentation decks, packaging, and environmental design.
Work directly with strategists and producers. No handoffs. No silos.
Develop digital design work. Web layouts, landing pages, UI components.
Maintain and evolve brand systems for retainer clients over time.
Art direct photo and video shoots when the work calls for it.
Present and defend design decisions to clients with clarity.
Qualifications
3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally at a studio or agency.
A portfolio that shows range. Identity systems, digital, print, campaign work.
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
Motion design skills (After Effects) are a strong plus.
Ability to work across brand guidelines without losing creative edge.
Comfort working fast, iterating openly, and shipping work that's 90% there instead of sitting on 100% forever.
You understand that design is a strategic tool, not a personal expression exercise.
